Yea, the page is not in English--it's in Danish-- but you can figure it out.

Format goes like this, but apparently, it doesn't much matter what you type in most of the fields--just a birthday that makes you older than 13, and a working email address/username/pw:

Last name:
Address:
Zip:
City:
Date of Birth:
(Date Format: Year-Month-Day, t ex 2006-09-15)


E-mail:
Username / password:
Password:
Confirm Password:

Then, go here and choose your format.

There is some talk about they keys possible being region-locked, but the majority of posts I read say that it works <shrug> so no yelling if it doesn't work.

I would say type it, as it says, with the slash between the two. Then, the next box, you only need to retype the password.
